The 5-roller Silicone Coating Station consists of a sturdy floor-mounted supporting structure with levelling plates. The tracks and the recirculating ball skids support a variety of applicator rollers, equipped with quick disassembly supports, while roller positioning is controlled by a multiple and independent pneumatic system.
The applicator rollers are monolithic with high stability; they are equipped with internal water circulation for thermal stabilisation and with rotating joints for water connection. The motorisation unit is placed on a structure leaning against the main one carrying five gearmotors which manage the rollers by means of precision cardan drive shafts.
The product containment tracks are pneumatically controlled and act on the two inlet rollers. The leachate collection tray is placed under the applicator rollers.
