The bidirectional duplex automatic winder is suitable for reels with a maximum diameter of 1600 mm on pneumatic expansion support shafts and quick coupling self-centring spindles.
It consists of a chrome-plated surface rolling calender, a trolley carrying the gearbox unit with motorised translation, and an synchronisation swivel, which is pneumatically controlled by a transducer.
The material transit rollers are made of sturdy and large-diameter aluminium, while the curved extender roller is specially made with chromed bushings.
The electric and pneumatic equipment to operate and control the group is included.
