The module structure is complete for installation on the support frame and consists of:
- Contrasting chrome roller to put the metal foil into position;
- Sleeve-type roll, engraved with designs customised according to customer needs;
- Anilox engraved roller for etched plate inking;
- Sleeve-type support shaft for quick etched plate changing;
- Closed-type doctor blade chamber for anilox inking;
- Hot air generation unit and independent ventilation with heat exchanger;
- Ventilation and drying system;
- MSA system for measuring the concentration of solvent in the exhausted air;
- Local ventilation hood;
- Ink supply and recirculation system for the printing unit;
- Manual adjustment sliding system;
- Safety and splash guards;
- Inspection camera.
The roller motorisation is adjustable according to the speed of the line, and the longitudinal and cross-cutting adjustment can be modified to better define the printing position.
