The Simplex unwinder is suitable for reels with a maximum diameter of 1200 mm on 3” (76 mm) and 6” (152) expandable shafts. It includes the quick-release openable supports that can be axially adjusted with a handwheel, the pneumatically controlled braking unit and the ultrasonic coil diameter detector.
The pull control is managed by the load cells positioned on an idle roller or by the swivel unit.
Pre-assembled for automatic alignment and for the motorisation unit of the decoiler.
Some technical modifications can be applied according to the type of material, such as type of knife or treatment of the aluminium rollers.
