The bidirectional duplex automatic winder module is suitable for reels with a maximum diameter of 1200 mm, on 6” (152 mm) 3” (76 mm) self-centring expanding shafts and quick-coupling spindles. The double-arm automatic cutting system is installed on a translating carriage unit.
A synchronisation swivel manages the pull on the material. The material edge is automatically aligned by way of a translation system on skids with control from a mechanical actuator and on-board electronic detector. Electric and pneumatic equipment installed on the machine.
Some technical modifications can be applied according to the type of material, such as type of knife or treatment of the aluminium rollers.
