The bi-directional duplex automatic winder module with independent and chasing arms is suitable for reels with diameter up to 1000 mm on 6” (152 mm) and 3” (76 mm) self-centring expanding shaft. Its peculiarity is that it allows to reduce waste to a minimum during reel change.
The tension winding is adjustable by panel setting and the rolling can be in contact with adjustable pressure or without contact with distance control.
There is swivel to manage the speed synchronism and to adjust the pull, while the material edge is automatically aligned by way of a translation system on skids controlled by a mechanical actuator and on-board electronic detector.

Some technical modifications can be applied according to the type of material, such as type of knife or treatment of the aluminium rollers.
