The general load-bearing structure of the double shaftless unwinder is designed for floor fixing and is complete with levelling plates.
The double system with movable arms operates on a vertically and horizontally translating system for gripping the reels from the ground and lifting them to the operating position.
The deflector rollers for material transit are made of aluminium.
The reel support heads with expandable double tees are self-centring and self-expanding while rotating; they are managed by the roll itself and suitable for cardboard cores with internal diameters of 76 mm and 152 mm.
The material tensioning system operates by means of braking units with pneumatically controlled modules.
