The module consists of a general structure, fixed perimeter protections that can be opened according to the position, and linear sliding guides of the two independently mobile applicator trolleys.
The lower contrast rollers with rubberised surface are pneumatically controlled and adjustable with a push rod.
It features mobile trolleys with sliding on linear guides for off-line service positioning by means of pneumatically controlled translation, reel supports by means of fixed quick-coupling spindles and pneumatic expanding shaft for 3” (76 mm) and 6” (152 mm) cores.
The applicator rollers with high thickness rubber coating are anchored to a mobile structure with pneumatic control with function to lift, lighten, and pressurise at adjustable values according to the operating conditions.
The material cutting systems, whether unwinding or stationary, operate by means of a pneumatically controlled toothed knife complete with guards in the rest area.
The curved spreader rollers are complete with adjustable supports to distend the material entering the application area.
The braking system is pneumatically controlled by manual operation for tensioning the material being unwound, while the material edge is aligned by a manually operated actuator with a handwheel, which is independent for each group.
The electric and pneumatic equipment to operate and control the group is included.
