The one-way automatic duplex winder module is built for reels up to a maximum diameter of 1200 mm on 6” (152 mm) and 3” (76 mm) self-centring expanding shafts, with a single-arm cutting system with pneumatic-drive glue roller.
There is also a synchronisation swivel to monitor the unwinding speed and pull on the material; the material edge is automatically aligned via a translation system on skids controlled by a mechanical actuator and on-board electronic detector.
