The large-to-small roll rewinding line consists in a motorised independent unwinder with an hydraulic swinging and sliding arms system that lifts the reel from the floor.
It is integrated with an automatic material alignment system and an operator platform with non-slip surface and openings that enable an easy drawing-in of the material.
The winder has an independent drive for a more compact adjustment of the contact rollers and the material is cut by the slitting unit, which automatically makes the cut at the end of the reel for a faster processing.
A final winding unit for wrapping the reels with film completes the line.
