The slitter rewinder comprises a single-axis unwinding unit with expandable shafts (3” or 6”'), and quick-coupling openable supports. The unit is mounted on a translating system by means of an electromechanical actuator and on-board sensor.
A swivel manages the speed synchronism and pull adjustment.
The material joining table is equipped with locking tweezers for the perfect union of the end edges of the material.
A mobile camera connected to a monitor reads and displays printouts.
The winding unit is single-axis with expandable shafts (3” or 6”'), and quick-release openable supports.
At the customer’s request, it is possible to install a cutting unit with 4 scissor knives operating on counter knives mounted on a motorised shaft.
