The rotogravure module consists of a design engraved roller, an adhesive feed system with inkwell inking with drip tray, traditional open doctor blade, deposit tray with filling control level and pneumatically controlled pressure roller with non-stick polymer coating.
The heating and ventilation hoods for drying of the material are of the extended type, located above the coating area, which can be opened to facilitate cleaning and for manual feeding of the material.
Double-walled cooling calender, hot air generator complete with modulating gas burner for temperature control with independent zones, supply/extraction fans with manual adjustment dampers for recirculation and evacuation, guide rollers and material passage and timing mark detection system with adjustment of the coating positions complete the machine.
These types of elements can be combined with any existing production line, or the unwinding and winding units that we manufacture and build can be supplied, thereby composing a completely new and autonomously functioning line.
