PAPER OR ALUMINUM EMBOSSING LINE

Simple unwinding module for single reel with a max. 1000 mm. Ø, quick-release opening supports, independent motorisation for reel unwinding.

Hydraulic lifting module for loading reels from the floor onto the unwinder by means of a lever system.

High-sensitivity pneumatic dancing roll system to control the unwinder and the tension on the material during the unwinding phase.

Transverse alignment module for accurate positioning and holding of the material during the unwinding phase.
Interchangeable embossing module consisting of an engraved cylinder and a wool-paper cylinder, control gear unit, hydraulic pressure actuators, micrometric adjustment screws, cylinders for drawing-in the material, safety guards, extractable trolley configuration for interchange operations.

Trimming and cutting unit consisting of motorised shaft bearing the bottom knife, guide support and rack for the pneumatically inserted knife holder.
Manually adjustable bowed spreader roller placed downstream of the cutting unit to separate the reels during the winding phase.

Winding module with axial control for reels up to Ø 1000 mm. equipped with independent motorisation, quick coupling spindles for expanding shafts, additional press roller with adjustable pneumatic control, winding tension control by means of servo-diameter and load cells with panel display showing the effective tension.

Complete electrical and pneumatic equipment to control and monitor the line.

Safety devices positioned on the line according to the current "CE" regulations.

It is possible to equip the embossing module with steel/steel engraved rollers.
