The Simplex Winder is suitable for reels with a diameter of up to 1200 mm and includes quick-release support spindles and two pneumatically expanding shafts for 3” (76 mm) and 6” (152 mm) diameter cores.
The motorisation with gearmotor group is directly coupled to the spindles, the rolling cylinder with pneumatic control is made in such a way as to compensate for any unevenness of the material.
The tension of the materials is managed through load cells positioned on an idle roller, which allows tension calibration according to material and reel diameter.
Some technical modifications can be applied according to the type of material, such as type of knife or treatment of the aluminium rollers.
