The centring unit with movable slats comprises a cylinder unit with movable slats covered with a high-grip rubber profile, controlled by a pneumatic system, or by a high-precision electromechanical system.

It is controlled by a full-length IFD infrared photoelectric sensor.

As an option, it is possible to request a slatted cylinder complete with motorisation.
