The double-sided brushing machine is a system for cleaning and brushing the fabric on both sides, consisting of two natural horsehair brushing cylinders arranged in sectors for highly efficient brushing.
The adjustment of the incidence between brush and fabric takes place through eccentric cylinders controlled by handwheel, and with the possibility of totally excluding it for contactless processing.
The lateral connection for the intake duct is complete with an adjustment damper.
The electrical control equipment is harmonised with the rest of the complete line of inverters for controlling the brush motors for better adjustment flexibility.
The 4-bag suction and filtration unit is optional; it consists of a special fan with open blades suitable for working with the aforementioned brushing system, and a cyclone filter for the separation of solid bodies, complete with lower plastic collection bags and support legs for floor support.
