At the time of installation, we train out customers’ staff in the use of the machines, both to ensure immediate and easy operation and the best procedures in terms of safety.

For us it is essential to facilitate specialised operators in the use of the machine or of any new features.

In the design phase, we pay particular attention to the machine settings to ensure easy use and safe accessibility. After installation and testing, we offer technical training sessions that aim to optimise the interaction among operator, machine and production process. During these sessions, TLF concretely supports operators in safely acquiring familiarity with machine and settings.

Operation training

After the machine or line has been installed and put into operation, our technicians carry out the first in-production tests, and assist the staff in acquiring familiarity with respect to machine operation. In particular, during this start-up phase, our technicians illustrate to the staff all the possible functions and adjustments; above all, they guide an understanding of the use of the operator panel, which is where all parameters are set and changed.

Safety training

During the start-up phase, TLF technicians also offer training on the safety measures of the machine, and the operators are informed about structural characteristics and safety procedures.
